We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange your collection, please contact us by telephone or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection. If our driver attends your scheduled collection and we have not received at least 24 hours' notice, a £20.00 missed collection fee will apply to help cover our time and travel costs.
