Do I need to separate my laundry before using the wash and iron service?
Not at all, we’ll take care of everything for you. Just pop your items into any bag for your first booking, and we’ll sort, wash, and iron them with care. After that, we’ll provide one of our reusable laundry bags to make things even easier next time.
How long does a wash and iron service take?
We aim to return your laundry within 48 hours, washed and neatly pressed, ready to go straight into your wardrobe. If you need it sooner, we also offer a 24-hour express service for an additional charge.
Is there a minimum charge for wash and iron?
Yes, our minimum charge is £30. This is usually covered by a standard load of laundry.
Will my clothes be folded or hung after washing and ironing?
We follow your preference wherever possible. Just let us know what works best for you. Everything is returned beautifully finished, ready to go straight into your wardrobe.
Do you use my detergent or your own for laundry?
We use high-quality products as standard, but if you have sensitive skin or a preference, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.
